VCC Support Staff on Strike VCC Support staff are behind picket lines, Nov. 19. CUPE 4627 is on full strike at both campuses. The Faculty Association, VCCFA will not cross picket lines, so classes are cancelled for the day.

BCGEU Ratifies Both the government and the union put out press releases calling the agreement a success. However, the union’s release repeated that they were frustrated by the government’s refusal to pay the full cost of members’ professional fees. The ratification vote was 64%.
