Bike to Work Week
Oct. 29 – Nov. 2  is Bike to Work Week and Langara will be joining workplaces across the Lower Mainland in celebrating cycling.
Whether you’re an avid cyclist or a beginner hoping to start, there are great opportunities to win prizes, pick up new information, and to meet other cyclists at Langara.
 
 
On Tuesday October 30, 2012 (8am – 10am), Langara College will be hosting a bicycle commuter station on the Ontario Street Bike Route (at 50th Avenue).
Stop by for free refreshments provided by Tim Hortons and Langara College, free bike mechanic services by VanCycle Mobile Bicycle Shop, and a chance to win $50 Mountain Equipment Coop gift cards.
Also remember to join our team by registering at http://www.biketoworkmetrovan.ca/home. Map out your bike route on-line, rack up the kilometres, and log your rides
(especially during Bike to Work Week). 
You will have the chance to win more prizes from HUB and Langara College.
